All services are non refundable. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with a service, please reach out to me within 3 days. I’ll make sure to address any concerns and provide any necessary adjustments at no additional cost. Your happiness is my top priority, and I want you to leave loving your hair! ๐โ๏ธ๐จ
Studio Policy
Please arrive on time! Due to limited space in the studio and no additional seating, do not bring any guest/children. If you are sick or not feeling well I ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive and are showing symptoms I will have to ask you to leave and will forfeit your deposit.
